Greetings Adventure People!
Things are finally starting to settle down around here. We are all moved in, unpacked and are enjoying our new apartment. We were a bit worried about us fitting into an apartment half the size of our last. But it all worked out, and we donated a lot of our old crap.
The weather in Washington has been the best so far this summer and we have been taking full advantage. A few of our friends joined us on a hike to an alpine lake and we have plans to head over to the Peninsula this coming weekend. Possibly the rain forest, possibly the Olympic Mts, possibly the ocean and maybe all three. :)
We've gone through the 3 hours of footage from our recent Road Trip to Yellowstone and the editing process will begin soon. But until then here is a picture taken from Inspiration Point in the Grand Tetons.

What was the impetus for the move?
Congrats on settling in. Sometimes changes are good in the sense that it forces you to rearrange and look critically at all the aspects / junk / stuff crowding your life. A good spring cleaning, both physical and mental, can be a healthy thing.

it's always nice to get a new post from you guys. new digs - still in Seattle? sure wish I had some of your weather down here...nothing but hot and steamy, but fall should be just around the corner. peace, M.W.
